Licensing, Commercial Status & Owner Decisions.

Transparent status of source licensing, bundled typography, and configurable commercial policies.

All commercial policy parameters—including final retail theme pricing, single-site vs. studio license terms, refund windows, and support response commitments—are maintained as explicit owner configuration in src/config/owner-decisions.ts rather than fabricated legal claims.

Starter integration code derived from dinkuskit/template-store carries the MIT License. Bundled self-hosted fonts (Newsreader Variable, Manrope, and Barlow Condensed) are distributed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 with their license texts in public/fonts/.

Unresolved Owner Decisions & Provisional Commercial Configuration

Per project governance, no final pricing, legal terms, refund windows, or support SLAs have been invented. All provisional demonstration values are centralized in src/config/owner-decisions.ts:
