All SAARIUS themes are standalone Astro 7.1.3 and EmDash 1.2.0 projects targeting Node 24.22.0 (>=24.15.0 <25) and pnpm 11.9.0. Install dependencies with pnpm install --frozen-lockfile, copy .env.example to .env, and start the development server with pnpm dev.
On first run, initialize the local SQLite database (.local/content.db) from seed/seed.json or visit /_emdash/admin to complete the EmDash setup wizard. Runtime data and uploads stay gitignored under .local/.
