Owner Decision Status: Pending owner policy configuration in DinkusKit Commerce (Store -> Policies -> Returns). Because digital source archives cannot be physically returned once downloaded, final terms require legal/owner sign-off.
Because digital theme packages deliver complete, unencrypted Astro and EmDash source code, final refund eligibility and defective-build remediation windows are maintained as configurable owner decisions in src/config/owner-decisions.ts.
Before any purchase is enabled, visitors can evaluate every theme layout, viewport, color scheme, and preset live inside the interactive Theme Atelier.
